    What about Physical Education?

    Physical education is extremely important.

It shouldn’t be minimised, and it shouldn’t be overlooked.

Because students are studying from home, and because there’s no commuting or wasted time between classes, families often find they actually gain time back in the day.

    There’s no school run.

    There’s minimal classroom disruption.

    Lessons are focused and efficient.

And because of that, many parents find it easier to add physical extracurricular activities into their child’s routine.

    Things like swimming.

    Football.

    Sports clubs.

We actively encourage this, because it helps develop children holistically.

Alongside that, we also offer a weekly PE class.

These are live sessions where the teacher demonstrates exercises on camera and students follow along.

They’re designed to get students moving and participating actively, not just sitting and watching.

So between our weekly PE sessions and the flexibility families have to include physical activities outside of school, students are able to maintain a healthy and active routine.
